M. Highway No. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), being in th~ southwest line of that 1.88 acre tract described in a deed from Mary Anne Hood, Trustee to the St~te of ~exas dated April 23, 1979 and re~orded. in Volume 336, Page 316 of the Hays County Deed Records (said tract being dedicated for right-of-way for F.M.
