<br />'---- ~. 23 <br /> - <br /> AMENDMENT NO.3 TO <br /> TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br /> CONTRACT NO. 703032 <br /> TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br /> AND THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br />-- COUNTY OF TRAVIS <br /> <br />- Section 1. <br /> The Texas Department of Commerce, an agency of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Department", and the city of San Marcos, Texas, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", do hereby <br /> contract and agree to amend the Texas Capital Fund contract between the Texas Department of <br /> Housing and Community Affairs and Contractor, effective January 22, 1994, for the performance of <br /> economic development activities. Said contract is hereby amended as set forth below as of the date <br /> set forth on page 2 of this Amendment. <br /> Section 2. <br /> Section 2, CONTRACT PERIOD, is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with'the following: <br /> <br /> Section 2. CONTRACT PERIOD <br /> This contract and agreement shall commence on January 22, 1994, and shall <br /> terminate on September 21, 1997, unless otherwise specifically provided by the <br /> terms of this contract. <br /> Section 3. <br />¡ <br />, Exhibit C, Project Implementation Schedule is deleted in'its entirety and is replaced by the Project <br />t._- Implementation Schedule attached to this amendment, hereinafter referred to as Exhibit C, and <br /> hereby made a part of this amendment. Exhibit C to this amendment consists of one (1) page. <br /> Section 4. <br /> The parties hereto agree that this amendment shall become effective on January 21, 1997. <br /> Section 5. <br /> Except as amended herein, the contract effective January 22, 1994 by and between the Texas <br /> Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the city of San Marcos, Texas shall remain in <br /> force and effect throughout its term. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
