'. 3)tJ-- FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the rights to the above-described easements hereby TRANSFERRED, ASSIGNED, GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the uses and purposes above set out, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. THIS TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT, GRANT, SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT RIGHTS IS MADE IN PLACE OF AND TO CORRECT A TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT, GRANT, SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT RIGHTS FROM GRANTOR TO GRANTEE, DATED OCTOBER 30, 1986 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 634, PAGE 818, REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS. By mistake that document transferred, assigned, granted, sold and conveyed "any and all easements of record conveyed to and owned by Grantor in, over and through parcels of land located within Hays County, Texas, including but not limited to the easements described in Exhibit' A'" when it should have described "anv and all of those easements described in Exhibit' A.'" This :: . H" Correction Transfer, Assignment, Grant, Sale and Conveyance of Easement Rights is made by Grantor and accepted by Grantee to correct that mistake, is effective on October 30, 1986, and in all other respects confirms the former Transfer, Assignment, Grant, Sale and Conveyance of Easement Rights. This Correction Transfer, Assignment, Grant, Sale and Conveyance of Easement Rights does not affect any transfer, release, exchange, quitclaim or other conveyance by the Grantee of any rights in any of the easements described in Exhibit "A" occurring between October '30, 1986 and the date of this instrument.
