X A technical report addressing the remedial activities for which you are seeking reimbursement has been received <br /> by both the appropriate TNRCC Regional Field Office and the PST Division, Responsible Party Remediation <br /> Section in Austin. <br /> X Release Incident Summary (Section IT, Pages 7-8). . <br /> 5. <br /> 6. X Technical Report Summary (Section III, Pages 9). <br /> 7. X Total Reimbursement Request (Section N, Page 10-12). <br /> 8. X Reimbursement Claim Summary (Section V, Page 13). <br /> 9.
