All parts, labor, and expenses for two service visits per veal' to your installation <br /> for a complete overhaul of your CA450. This shall include replacement of wear <br /> items, such as clutch, bearings, gear parts, gaskets, seals, rings, bowl conditions, <br /> electrical CDntrols, etc. <br /> ill Two service people will be used to perform these overhauls. <br /> IV. One scroll reconditiocing during the term of this contract. <br /> . <br /> V. The programming and control work required to enable thickening and dewatering <br /> with your existing Westfalia CA450. <br /> VI. This service agreement will include three (3) categories of maintenance service: <br /> ,. Periodic Preventive Maintenance according to the listed schedule. <br /> ,. Corrective l"rfaintenance - non emergency service provided when any part <br /> of the system or equipment are inoperative. <br /> .. Emergency l\'faintenance - service provided when in the customer's <br /> . opinion, production, safety,.or legal requirements cannot be met due to <br /> inoperative system or equipment <br /> B.TERMS <br /> Westfalia Separator, Inc., agrees to provide and the (customer) City of San Marcos agrees to <br /> accept, under terms and conditions of this agreement, maintenance service including but not <br /> limited to the equipment listed under Services oftrus maintenance agreement. <br /> 1 Term of Agreement <br /> This agreement is effective for a period of 18 months. The agreement shall be <br /> renewable annually by mutual consent three (3) months in advance of expiration of <br /> said agreement. <br />
