<br /> lflfI <br /> The Engineer's compensation is based on immediate authorization to proceed and timely <br /> completion of the Project. If the timing deviates from the assumed schedule for causes <br /> beyond the Engineer's control, the Engineer reserves the right to request renegotiation of <br /> those portions of the Project affected by the time change. <br /> 12.2 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The compensation to the Engineer for additional services under Section 1.8 will be <br /> based on hourly rates as set forth in Attachment B and will be in addition to its <br /> - compensation for Basic Services.
