<br /> Lf¥C <br /> (k) summary of public information and public input. <br /> 1.7.2 Submit ten copies of the draft Project Report upon within 180 days for City's review <br /> and approval and submit 25 copies of the final Project Report within 30 days from the date <br /> of City's approval of the draft report. <br /> 1.8 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> ~~ 1.8.1 The City may request the Engineer to perform additional services related to the <br /> Project. Since all services of the Engineer that are necessary or incidental to those <br /> described in Tasks 1 through 6 are included in the Engineer's basic services, additional <br /> services will consist only of substantial deviations from the services specified in Sections <br /> 1.2 through 1.7 The Engineer will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain <br /> the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. <br /> 1.8.2 Each substantial change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the <br /> Engineer must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change of Services form <br /> attached to this Agreement as Attachment C. Compensation for additional services will be <br /> given in addition to that specified for Basic Services, in accordance with Section 11.2 of <br /> this Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional <br /> services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> i <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City will: <br /> 2.1 Provide to the Engineer the following data resources: <br /> (a) paper copy planimetric maps indicating non-residential properties <br /> (commercial, industrial, institutional land uses) and associated utility <br /> account number; <br /> (b) land parcel boundary maps; <br /> (c) DGN files for 1986 planimetric maps; and <br /> (d) other suitable resources for compiling impervious area for non- <br /> residential properties developed after 1986. <br /> 2.2 Designate the Director of Environment and Engineering, or his designee to act in <br /> the City's behalf with respect to the services rendered under this Agreement. This <br /> representative will have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret <br /> and define City's policies, and authorize payments with respect to Engineer's services for <br /> 4 <br />
