Amending the OftÏcial Zoning Map of the City by approving a transfer of <br /> development rights and rezoning the receiving zone, a 13.64 acre tract of properly <br /> located in the 1700 block of Ranch Road 12 near its intersection with Bishop <br /> Street from "MF-2" Multi-Family Dwelling District (:\íedium Density) to "MFA" <br /> Multi-Family Dwelling District (High Density) with a maximum of 277 dwelling <br /> units. <br />
