<br /> 68 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997-102 -R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR ANALYTICAL <br /> SERVICES FOR TOXICITY TESTING AT THE WASTEWATER <br /> TREATMENT PLANT TO SOUTHWEST TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />~ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Award of an annual contract for analytical services for toxicity testing at <br /> the Wastewater Treatment Plant to Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas <br /> for IFB#97-041 at $900.00 per test is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br /> execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
