In the second paragraph of the Initial Bond, "initial" shall be inserted before "Paying AgentlRegistrar" in the flISt sentence, "executing the registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying AgentlRegistrar is Texas Commerce Bank National Association"; D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered T -1. It is expressly provided, however, that the presence or absence of CUSIP numbers on the Bonds shall be of no significance or effect as regards the legality thereof and neither the City nor the attorneys approving said Bonds as to legality are to be held responsible for CUSIP numbers incoITectly printed on the Bonds. Section 6.04. Legal Opinion: Bond Counsel. The approving legal opinion of Fisher & Newsom, P.C., bond counsel, may be printed on the reverse side or, in the case of the definitive Bonds to be delivered to DTC, be attached to each definitive Bond over the certification of the City Secretary, which may be executed in facsimile. Such finn is hereby engaged as bond cOlUlSei for the City in connection v..-ith the issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds.
