<br /> 38 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997 - 133 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC <br /> CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR THE OPERATION OF "CITY TAXI" <br /> FROM PATRICIA M. NORDYKE TO CHARLES D. SHELEY; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY SECRETARY TO ISSUE AN AMENDED CERTIFICATE AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The City Council has examined the application of Charles D. Sheley <br /> to take over the operation of City Taxi, and determines Mr. Sheley to be fit, willing and <br /> able to provide public transportation and to conform to the City's regulations. <br /> PART 2. The City Council consents to the transfer of the Certificate of Public <br /> Convenience and Necessity for City Taxi from P & P Enterprises I Patricia M. Nordyke to <br /> Charles D. Sheley. <br /> PART 3. The City Secretary, Janis K. Womack, is authorized to issue an <br /> amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Charles D. Sheley to reflect <br /> the change in holder. <br /> PART 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br /> after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this the ?
