Bid of $1,500.00 by Vance Elliott, Trustee, for the purchase of Property No. R47400. (31.5% recovery of taxes). 5. Bid of $3,500.00 by David & Rosalinda Garcia for the purchase of Property No. R35312 (37.5% recovery of taxes). 6. Bid of $500.00 by Maria Fuentes for the purchase of Property No. R35342. This is to request that each of you have placed on your governing body's agenda as soon as practicable each of the numbered items I have listed under your taxing unit's name. You will note that not necessarily every bid we received is listed under all three governing bodies, because where the highest bid represents 100% recovery or more, we are requesting an agenda item with only the trustee taxing unit which holds the title to the property. Also please note that one parcel (R31O41) is located in Blanco 1. S. D., whose board will be asked to approve that sale, while another parcel (R56198) is located in that portion of San Marcos CISD which lies in Guadalupe County. We hope that we are furnishing enough information to enable the taxing units to make an informed decision on those bids representing something less than full recovery.
