Said 4939 SQUARE FOOT LEASE is part of a tract called Tract Two (11.050 acres) described in volume 376 at page 257 of the Deed Records of said county and being described by metes and bounds, as follows: BEGINNING at a % inch diameter rebar set marking the north comer of the tract herein described and lying in the southeast line of an asphalt taxiway. Said rebar bears, N 79°31'01" W 221.49 feet from an east comer of said 11.050 acre tract; THENCE with the northeast line of the tract herein described, S 22°38'29" E 65.00 feet to a % inch diameter rebar set marking the east comer of the tract herein described; THENCE with the southeast line of the tract herein described, S 67"21'38" W 76.00 feet to a % inch diameter rebar set marking the south comer of the tract herein described; THENCE with the southwest line of the tract herein described, N 22°38'36" W 65.00 feet to a % inch diameter rebar found marking the west comer of the tract herein described and lying in the southeast line of said asphalt taxiway. Said rebar bears, N 67°21'31" E 27.00 feet from a % inch diameter rebar found marking the north comer of a 4550 square foot tract (C.E. Hogue tract); THENCE with the northwest line of the tract herein described, same being a segment of the southeast line of said asphalt taxiway, N 67°21'31" E 76.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing4939 SQUARE FEET. Basis of bearings is the record bearing along the northeast line of said Hogue tract.
