The Municipality shall <br /> forward to MCC copies of the additional minutes that the Municipality would like indexed and <br /> imaged. <br /> <br /> (2) INDEXING ADDITIONAL YEARS. Upon authorization from the Municipality, MCC <br /> will continue to index and image additional years of minutes in accordance with Part One and Part <br /> Two of this agreement. The minutes can be indexed and imaged on an annual or five year basis. <br /> (3) DELIVERY. MCC will deliver the added index and images to the Municipality within <br /> 3 months after receipt of the additional minutes. Attachments will require additional time depending <br /> upon the number of attachments imaged. Once the Municipality has determined the number of <br /> attachments, a satisfactory delivery schedule can be established. <br /> (4) TERMINATION. The services provided in this agreement will be in full force and <br /> effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment of the completed product to the <br /> Municipality. Thereafter, this agreement will be automatically renewed from year to year, provided <br /> that either party may alter or cancel the terms of this agreement upon sixty (60) days' written notice. <br /> The Municipality's continued use of services under this agreement into future budget years is subj ect <br /> to the appropriation of funds by the Municipality for that purpose. <br /> 5 <br />
