Liner warrants that she has read this Agreement and fully <br />understands it to be a compromise, settlement and release of all claims, known or <br />unknown, present or future, that she has or may have against the Plaintiff, his <br />predecessors, successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators, elected officials, <br />appointed officials, agents, employees, and legal representatives, and all persons, <br />natural or corporate, in privity with them or any of them. Carolyn M. Liner also <br />waITants that she is of legal age, is legally competent to execute this Agreement, has <br />received the advice of Mark B. Taylor, San Marcos City Attorney, regarding this <br />matter, and that she executes this Agreement of her own free will, without reliance <br />on any representation of any kind or character not expressly stated in this <br />Agreement. <br />19.
