Additionally, applicants should be aware that each item does not require an individual vendor. The first half of the award will not be disbursed until after the grantee has attended the TIF grantee kickoff in January. The second half of the award will be disbursed after the grantee has attended the orientation kickoff and one of the regional workshops.
