<br /> 14 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997- 177 R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, CASTING VOTES ALLOCATED TO THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS FOR A CANDIDATE FOR THE BOARD OF <br /> DIRECTORS OF THE HAYS COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos is allocated 464 votes towards the election of a candidate or <br /> candidates for membership on the Hays County Appraisal District Board of Directors. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The votes allocated to the City of San Marcos for the election of a <br /> candidate for membership on the Board of Directors of the Hays County Appraisal District <br /> are cast for the following person: <br /> Fred Guerra <br /> PART 2. The Mayor, Billy G. Moore, is authorized to complete the attached Official <br /> Ballot in order to cast the City's votes. <br /> PART 3.
