Gilley , authorized representative of the City of San <br /> Marcos, in consideration of the sum of TEN THOUSAND AND NO/1O0 DOLLARS <br /> ($10,000.00) to the City of San Marcos paid and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and <br /> confessed, have RELEASED, ACQUITTED AND FOREVER DISCHARGED, and by these <br /> presents do for the City of San Marcos, its legal representatives, administrators, successors and <br /> assigns, RELEASE, ACQUIT AND FOREVER DISCHARGE, Defendants, Sierra Logistics, <br /> Inc. d/b/a Sierra Highway Express, their employees, representatives, successors, insurers <br /> (including but not limited to Clarendon National Insurance Company and TRM Claims <br /> Managers, LLC), their assigns, and all other persons, [InnS or corporations who might be liable <br /> for any and all claims, demands, actions and/or causes of action of whatsoever nature, known <br /> or unknown, whether in contract or in tort, for personal injuries and property damages, which <br /> have accrued or may ever accrue to the City of San Marcos, their legal representatives, <br /> administrators, successors or assigns, for or on account of a truck accident which occurred on <br /> or about June 5, 1995, at the entrance to San Mar Plaza on the access road in San Marcos, Hays <br /> County, Texas, and more fully described in Plaintiff's Original Petition. <br />
