<br /> 63 <br /> AMENDMENT NO.3 <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> CAMP DRESSER & McKEE, INC. <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> The City of San Marcos ("City") and Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. ("Engineer") agree <br /> to amend the Professional Engineering Services Agreement, dated January 23, 1996 (the <br /> "Agreement"). The Engineer and City agree: <br /> 1. That Engineer may proceed with Task 8, Post Construction Services, <br /> identified in Attachment A of the Agreement in accordance with Section 1.2 of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2. In accordance with Section 12.1 of the Agreement, the Engineer will receive <br /> $67,060 for the completion of Task 8 services. <br /> 3. That the following additional services of the Engineer are authorized under <br /> Section 1.3 of the Agreement: <br /> A. Prepare design alternatives for the grease and septage handling system. <br /> B. Prepare design and manage permitting for interim sludge handling system. <br /> C. Participate in 30% value engineering workshop. <br /> In accordance with Section 12.2 of the Agreement, the Engineer will receive an additional <br /> $40,624.00 for the completion of these additional services. <br /> 4.
