TRACT ONE: Being a portion of Lot 7, Block 8 of the D.S. Combs Addition, as recorded in Volume 42, Page 443 of the Hays County Deed Records, the portion being described by metes and bounds is the same property as described in the deed from Pearl Calvin Brown to the City of San Marcos, as recorded in Volume 322, Page 77 of the Hays County Deed Records: Eastern Y:z of Lot 7, Block 8, D.S. Combs Addition TRACT TWO: Being a portion of Lot 8, Block 8, of the D.S. Combs Addition, as recorded in Volume 42, Page 443 of the Hays County Deed Records, the portion being described by metes and bounds is the same property as described in the deed from Hattie Mae Harris to the City of San Marcos, as recorded in Volume 312, Page 896 of the Hays County Deed Records: BEGINNING, at the intersection of the northwest line of Valley Street and the southwest line of Shady Lane; this point being the east corner of Lot 8 in Block 8 of the D.S. Combs Addition to the City of San Marcos; THENCE, along the southwest line of Shady Lane N 45° l' W 63.5 feet to an iron stake at base of a partition fence along the northwest side of this tract; and being the north corner, THENCE, along the partition fence S 49 ° W 43.5 feet to a point in the fence immediately back of the center of a toilet with cement base; THENCE, through the center of the toilet S 42° 45' E at about 30 feet passing a water hydrant, a total of 66.6 feet to an iron stake on the northwest line of VaHey Street, about one foot southeast of fence post; THENCE, along the northwest line of Va.lley Street, N 45° E 46 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Combs Addition, as recorded in Volume 42, Page 443 of the Hays County Deed Records, the portion being described by metes and bounds is the same property as described in a deed from Ema C. Jackson, et ai, to the City of San Marcos as recorded in Volume 312, Page 590 of the Hays County Deed Records; BEGINNING at an iron stake on the Northwest line of Valley Street, 46 feet, S 45° W from the intersection of the Northwest line of Valley Street and Southwest line of Shady Lane Street, about one foot S.E. of fence post; THENCE, N 42°45' W at about 35 feet passing a water hydrant a total of 66.6 feet to a point in fence along the northwest side of this tract immediately back of the center of a toilet with cement base; THENCE, along said partition fence, S 49° W 40.5 feet to a fence intersection at West corner of this tract; THENCE, along partition fence, S 42°45' E 69.5 feet to an iron stake at base of fence post on the Northwest line of Valley Street; THENCE, along the Northwest line of Valley Street, N 45° E 40.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
