<br /> 9 <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- "iR <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION SERVICES TO <br />J.R. RAMON & SONS, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1, That award of a contract for demolition services to J.R. Ramon & <br />Sons, Inc. located in San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $17,895,00 is approved, <br />PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is hereby <br />authorized to execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
