This annual payment shall be made on or before <br /> March 1 of the year following each respective calendar year during the term of this <br /> agreement. <br /> - 4. <br /> Sign Crafters agrees to maintain financial records which sufficiently satisfy City <br /> requirements, to make these records available for inspection by the City, and to furnish <br /> certified statements of total gross receipts derived from advertising on its benches upon <br /> request of the City. <br /> 5. <br /> Sign Crafters agrees to maintain benches within the City of San Marcos only at <br /> , <br /> locations to be approved by the City Manager of the City. Should Sign Crafters wish to add <br /> or delete any location for a bench, Sign Crafters shall deliver to the City Manager a written <br /> request for the change at least 7 days prior to the date on which the proposed change will <br /> become effective. Within this 7 day period, the City Manager shall give written approval <br /> or disapproval or shall request in writing further time for consideration of the change. <br /> Should the City Manager fail to take action within the 7 day period, Sign Crafters may <br /> proceed with the proposed change. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, <br /> Sign Crafters agrees to remove or relocate any bench within 30 days of its receipt of a <br /> written request of the City Manager or an adjacent property owner. The City Manager's <br /> approval authority in this paragraph is for general, not exact, location, and Sign Crafters <br /> is solely responsible for the safe placement of benches under Sections 6 and 7 below. <br />
