<br />tÇób <br />EXHIBIT 'A' <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All the certain real property being a portion of Lot No. Eight (8) of Rogers Subdivision No. <br />One (1). a subdivision of record in Volume 131, Page 477, Hays County Deed Records, <br />being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />,- BEGINNING at an iron stake at the intersection of the most Southeastern line of Linda <br />I <br />i Drive and the most Northwestern line of Lot No.8, of said Rogers Subdivision No. One, <br />. which point is the moist Northwestern corner of Tract No. Two as the same was described <br />in and conveyed by that deed, dated December 22, 1967, now of record in Volume 221, <br />Pages 457-464, Hays County Deed Records, wherein Lucille Copeland Trapp, et ai, were <br />grantors and Kenneth W.
