FOR THE CITY ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> - HEAL TH DEPARTMENT'S PERFORMANCE OF QUARTERLY <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH INSPECTIONS AT THE GARY JOB CORPS <br /> CENTER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City Environmental Health Department was awarded a contract for <br /> $3,000.00 by the Texas Educational Foundation, Inc. for the performance of 1996 quarterly <br /> environmental health inspections at the Gary Job Corps Center. <br /> 2. The City wishes to accept this contract award in the form of a purchase order <br /> from the Texas Educational Foundation, Inc. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY bF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the City accepts the attached contract award for $3,000.00 from <br /> the Texas Education Foundation, Inc. for the performance of the 1996 quarterly <br /> environmental health inspections at the Gary Job Corps Center. <br /> PART 2.
