<br /> 67ft <br /> Agreement and in compliance with all the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. <br /> Article 9. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> 3.1 Prior to its receipt of funds, SUBRECIPIENT will furnish the CITY with a detailed <br /> budget of all anticipated expenditures in compliance with the Statement of Work. <br /> 3.2 The SUBRECIPIENT will provide the CITY with written reports detailing the actual <br /> program expenditures on a quarterly basis with the first report due three months from the <br /> date of execution of this Agreement. <br /> 3.3 The receipt of program income under this Agreement is not anticipated. However, <br /> if the SUBRECIPIENT receives program income for any activity it performs under this <br /> Agreement it will comply with all applicable regulations specified in 24 C.F.R. Section <br /> 570.504. <br /> 3.4 The SUBRECIPIENT will maintain all records of its services for the term of this <br /> Agreement and for three years thereafter, including documentation that the services <br /> performed by the SUBRECIPIENT are designed to benefit low and moderate i.ncome <br /> persons. ~ <br /> 3.5 All records of the SUBRECIPIENT will be kept in an organized and recognizable <br /> format acceptable to the CITY. The CITY will have access to any books, documents, <br /> papers and records of the SUBRECIPIENT which are directly pertinent to this Agreement <br /> for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> .-- <br /> 5.1 SUBRECIPIENT will comply with the applicable uniform administrative regulations <br /> published by the Office of Management and Budget and the Code of Federal Regulations <br /> (24 C.F.R. Section 570) as amended, as those regulations relate to the application, <br /> acceptance and use of federal funds for these federally assisted services. <br /> SUBRECIPIENT is encouraged to obtain the necessary materials and information from the <br /> CITY for the purpose of compliance with this Section. Failure of the SUBRECIPIENT to <br /> obtain the necessary information specified in this Section will not relieve it from compliance <br /> with the applicable regulations. . <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> OTHER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS <br /> 5.1 SUBRECIPIENT will not exclude any person from participation in, deny the benefits <br /> of or subject the person to discrimination under any of the SUBRECIPIENT activities <br /> receiving federal financial assistance on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex national <br />
