<br />¡ <br />I <br />70 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1996 23 -R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND MISSION UNIFORM AND LINEN <br />SERVICE, TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE UNIFORM SERVICES <br />CONTRACT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On March 1, 1994, the City of San Marcos entered into a uniform services <br />contract with Mission Uniform and Linen Service. <br /> <br />2.. Both parties agree to an extension of the original contract for an <br />additional year as provided in the original contract. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the attached letter agreement between the City of San Marcos <br />and Mission Uniform and Linen Service to extend the term of the unifor'm services contract <br />is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
