<br /> ~7f+ <br />Sec. 102.028. Revisions to Future land Use Plan. <br />(a) The Future land Use Plan of the San Marcos Horizons is subject to <br />revision as follows: <br /> (1) The approval of an ordinance amending the official city zoning <br /> map acts as a revision to the Future land Use Plan to conform <br /> to the zoning amendment. <br /> (2) The approval of a subdivision plat of property in the city's <br /> extraterritorial jurisdiction by the planning and zoning <br /> commission after a public hearing acts as a revision to the <br /> Future land Use Plan to conform to the land uses identified for <br /> the subdivision. <br /> (3) The city council may revise the Future land Use Plan by <br /> adopting a resolution, after conducting a public hearing and <br /> receiving the recommendation of the planning and zoning <br /> commission on the revision. <br />(b) The director of planning and development services is authorized to <br /> , <br />make interpretations of the exact boundaries of land use areas on the Future <br />land Use Plan. <br />SECTION 2. That if any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br />ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the <br />remaining provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or <br />invalid portion had not been adopted. <br />SECTION 3. That all ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or <br />resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. That any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in Section 1-5 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances. <br />SECTION 6.
