Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Habingreither introduced a public hearing regarding an Annexation Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ANNEXING TO THE CITY A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 26.26 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED OFF OF AND SOUTHEAST OF THE 220 BLOCK OF IH-35 NORTH (HOLT TRACT); APPROVING A SERVICE PLAN FOR THIS TRACT; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Habingreither opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to speak. No one did, so Mayor Habingreither closed the public hearing. The meeting was adjourned at 7:14 p.m. seconded by Mr. Mihalkanin. on motion made by Ms. Narvaiz and Robert Habingreither Mayor
