SCHOLLER, RP.L.S. 1876 <br /> January 30, 1996 <br />Description of a 0.341 of an acre Electric Line Easement, City of San Marcos, <br />Hays County, Texas. <br />Being a 0.341 of an acre Electric Line Easement, over and across LOT 1, <br />SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, plat recorded in Volume 4 on page 246 of the Map & <br />Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, being a portion of that same Easement <br />granted by RAKOR, Inc. to The Lower Colorado River Authority by deed recorded <br />in Volume 391 on pages 723-726, Hays County Deed Records, and a portion of <br />that same Easement conveyed by The Lower Colorado River Authority to The City <br />of San Marcos, Texas by deed recorded in Volume 634 on page 834, Hays County <br />Deed Records, said 0.341 of an acre Easement described more particularly by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br />FROM a 1/2" re-bar rod in the South line of Aquarena Sprihgs Drive, for the <br />East corner of the above cited LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST; THENCE with <br />the Southeast line of the said LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, S. 43° 27' <br />44" W. 212.29 feet to a point for the East corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of <br />the herein described 0.341 of an acre Easement; from said point an Electric <br />Power Pole bears S. 108 00' 38" W. 11.57 feet; <br />THENCE continuing with the Southeast line of LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, <br />S- 438 27' 44" W. 20.03 feet to a point for the South corner of this Easement; <br />T! ~CE severing the said LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, establishing the <br />South line of this Easement, N. 498 49' 06" W. 268.49 feet to a point in a <br />circular flare intersection of the East line of Interstate Highway 35 Frontage <br />Road with the South line of Aquarena Springs Drive, in the Northwest line <br />of the said LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, for the West corner of this <br />Easement; from said point an Electric Power Pole bears N. 06° 51' 07" E. <br />11.97 feet; <br />THENCE with the said circular flare intersection, with the Northwesterly <br />line of LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, in a Northeasterly direction, along <br />the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 10.00 feet, a <br />length of arc distance of 6.94 feet (chord bears N. 738 19' 11" E. 6.80 feet) <br />to a 1/2" re-bar rod set; <br />THENCE with the South line of Aquarena Springs Drive, the North line of the <br />said LOT 1, SECTION 5, INTERPARK EAST, S. 868 46' 04" E. 23.79 feet to a point <br />for the North corner of this Easement; <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br />
