A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) <br /> will be charged for the permit. <br /> (d It shall be unlawful at any time for any person to engage in, <br /> conduct or cause to be a:mducted any outdoor commercial or char- <br /> itable car washing activity; provided, that this shall not apply tü <br /> such car washing activity on the p'remis.es of a bona fide car <br /> washing business. Vlithin this subsection, "outdoor eümmercial <br /> or charitable car washing activity" is deÍ1ned as any activity <br /> involving the washing of vehicles for a fee or donation on pre- <br /> mises other than a bona fide car washing business; and "bona fide <br /> car washing business" is defined as a commercial business <br /> equipped with mecharùcal or autümatic car washing equipment <br /> inside a structure that is covered and enclosed on at least two (2) <br /> sides. <br /> Supp, No, 26 1028.11 <br />
