Domestic use: Voluntary reduction for indoor domestic use is recommended by <br /> any means available. <br /> D. Essential and Utility Use: (VOLUNTARY) <br /> (1) Fire fighting: No restrictions. <br /> (2) Medical use by health care facilities: no restrictions. <br /> (3) Water utility use: <br /> a) Reduction of average system pressure to 60 psi is recommend. <br /> - - <br /> b) Leak detection and system repairs are recommended. <br /> . <br /> c) Stabilizing and equalizing system pressure are recommended. <br /> d) Sewer line flushing is prohibited except for emergencies. <br /> e) Fire hydrant flushing is prohibited except for emergencies. <br /> f) Po\ver production use: reduction of water use for power <br /> production is recommended. <br /> STAGE IV: AQUIFER RISK <br /> <br /> 1. Trigger level: San Antonio index \vell J-17 at 625 or less feet above mean sea level. <br /> 2. Reduction goal: 30%. <br /> 3. Waste is prohibited. Water use restricted to those uses essential for human health, safety <br /> and \velfare. <br /> 4. Emergency conservation water rates may be implemented by City Council action. <br /> 5.
