?8'4 - Section 5.04, Termination. The City reserves the right to terminate the appointment of any Paying AgentlRegistrar by delivering to the entity whose appointment is to be terminated a certified copy of a resolution of the City (i) giving notice of the termination of the appointment and of the Paying AgentlRegistrar Agreement, stating the effective date of such termination, and (ii) appointing a s~ccessor Paying AgentlRegistrar. Section 5,05, Notice of Change to Owners. Promptly upon each change in the entity serving as Paying AgentlRegistrar, the City wilt cause notice of the change to be sent to each Owner by United States mail, first class postage prepaid, at the address in the Register, stating the effective date of the change and the name of the replacement Paying Agent/Registrar and the mailing address of its Designated Payment/Transfer Office. Section 5.06. Agreement to Perform Duties and Functions. By accepting the appointment as Paying Agent/Registrar, the Paying Agent/Registrar is deemed to have agreed to the provisions of this Ordinance and that it will perform the duties and functions of Paying AgentlRegistrar prescribed hereby, . Section 5,07, Delivery of Records to Successor. If a Paying AgentlRegistrar is replaced, such Paying Agent/Registrar, promptly upon the appointment of the successor, wilt deliver the Register (or a copy thereof) and all other pertinent books and records relating to the Bonds to the successor Paying AgentlRegistrar. ARTICLE VI FORly! OF THE BONDS Section 6.01. Form Generallv. (a) The Bonds, including the Registration Certificate of the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas, the Certificate of the Paying AgentlRegistrar, and the Assignment form to appear on each of the Bonds, (i) shall be substantially in the form set forth in this Article, with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions, and other variations as are permitted or required by this Ordinance, and (ii) may have such [etters, numbers, or other marks of identification (including identifYing numbers and letters of the Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures of the American Bankers Association) and such legends and endorsements (including any reproduction of an opinion of counsel) thereon as, consistently herewith, may be determined by the City or by the officers executing such Bonds, as evidenced by their execution thereof ""3A.""""'WWSS,"" DOCS'ORDNCE,"'" 17
