Budget infonnation should be <br /> accompanied by documentary evidence of a c.ommitment to provide for a local match, The <br /> documentary evidence should be in the fonn of a resolution or other official document that <br /> provides for a commitment of20% local match of funding and any other appropriate fees. <br /> This documentation should be labeled., "ATTACHIHENT 2 - CERTIFICATION OF <br /> FUNDING Al'lD SUPPORT." <br /> For projects within an IvfPO, the MFO should provide a letter stating that the project will <br /> be included in the local Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP), if approved for funding. <br /> This letter should be labeled, "ATTACffi\.1ENT 3 - INTENT FOR TIP <br /> . PLA CEi\-ŒNT. " <br /> xm. LAl'ID ACQUISffiON INFOlli'lATION. Ifland or easement will be acquired or other <br /> property interests are involved., describe below how these will be acquired., including cost <br /> estimates and funding arrangements. <br /> No land or easements are expected to be needed for this project. <br /> . <br /> IXV.
