The City of San Marcos wishes to submit an application for a grant to the <br /> Texas Department of Transportation for funds for the City-WIde Int~rmodal Transportation <br /> System Project (the "Project"). <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> . <br /> PART 1. Subject to review of the completed application' by the Legal <br /> Department, the submission of the attached application to the Texas Department of <br /> Transportation for a grant for the Project under the 1996 Statewide Transportation <br /> Enhancement Program is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to act in all matters <br /> with regard to the Project on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
