TO ANDREW GARY ET AL DATED OCTOBER <br /> 15, 1981 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 365, PAGE 824 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br /> DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND <br /> BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> COMMENCING at a 1/2" iron rod found, in the southwest line of th.at <br /> 3.89 acre Tract Three described in the aforereference deed to <br /> Andrew Gary et aI, said rod being the west corner that strip of <br /> land conveyed out of the 3.89 acre Tract Three. by San Marcos <br /> Investments Inc. to Missouri Pacific Railroad Co: by deed dated <br /> December 20, 1978 and recorded in Volume 320, Page 306 of the Hays <br /> County Deed Records and being the east corner of that 76.52 acre <br /> tract described in a deed from Ed Longcope to The Kroger Co. dated <br /> May 3, 1982 and recorded in Volume 374, Page 623 of the Hays County <br /> Deed Records, said 76.52 acre tract having been platted as Lot 1, <br /> San Marcos Distribution Center and recorded in Volume 2, Page 272 <br /> of the Hays County Plat Records; <br /> THENCE with the common northeast line of the Kroger 76.52 acre <br /> tract and Lot 1, San Marcos Distribution Center, and southwest <br /> line of Gary Tract Three and Tract One, the following three <br /> courses: <br /> 1. N 42° 231 57".W 99.87 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found for <br /> an angle point in this line being the west corner of the <br /> 3.89 acre Tract Three and the south corner of the <br /> aforereferenced 70.21 acre Tract One, <br /> 2. N 43° 40' 12" W 1138.51 feet to a 4" cedar post for an <br /> angle point, <br /> 3.
