Deliverv of Records to Successor. - If a Paying AgentJRegistrar is replaced, such Paying AgentJRegistrar, promptly upon the appointment of the successor, will deliver the Register (or a copy thereof) and all other pertinent books and records relating to the Bonds to the successor Paying Agent/Registrar. ARTICLE VI FORM OF THE BONDS r Section 6.01. Form Generally. (a) The Bonds, including the Registration Certificate of the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas, the Certificate of the Paying Agent/Registrar, and the Assignment form to appear on each of the Bonds, (i) shall be substantially in the form. set forth in this Article, \1¡ith such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions, and other variations as are permitted or required by this Ordinance, and (ii) may have such letters, numbers, or other m~ of identification (including identifYing numbers and letters of the Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures of the American Bankers Association) and such legends and endorsements (including any reproduction of an opinion of counsel) thereon as, consistently herewith. may be determined by the City or by the officers executing such Bonds, as evidenced by their execution thereof. (b) Any portion of the text of any Bonds may be set forth on the reverse side thereof, with an appropriate reference thereto on the face of the Bonds. . (c) The Bonds shall be printed. lithographed. or engraved. and may be produced by any combination of these methods or produced in any other manner, all as determined by the officers executing such Bonds, as evidenced by their execution thereof. Section 6.02. Form of Bonds. The form of Bonds, including the form. of the Registration Certificate of the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas, the form ofCerti:ficate of the Paying Agent/Registrar and the form of Assignment appearing on the Bonds, shall be substantially as follows: .
