¡r¡ß ofIitigation from October 12, 1993 to the conclusion oÏthis case for the sum of$1,550,000.00, and Plaintiffs and Federal Defendants have further reached an oral agreement between and among themselves to the terms of a stipulation to be jointly submitted to the district court (the "Stipulation"). A copy of the Stipulation is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. -~ Plaintiffs have also reached agreement among themselves regarding allocation of the $1,550,000.00 settlement among Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs now wish to set forth their agreements in writing, confirm the Federal Defendants' agreements in writing, and provide for a process by which such agreements are fully satisfied as quickly as possible. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, Plaintiffs agree as follows: . 1. Immediately upon execution of this Agreement, Plaintiffs shall execute the Stipulation and seek execution of the Stipulation by Federal Defendants. Immediately upon execution of the Stipulation by the Federal Defendants, Plaintiffs shall file the Stipulation, or cause it to be filed, with the district court. Plaintiffs shall then seek entry of an Order by the district court approving the Stipulation, and Plaintiffs shall further seek payment of$1,550,000.00 by the Federal Defendants pursuant to the Stipulation, as quickly as possible. -3-
