Has cOll'plied with all pertineot local ðOd state laws, and Texas Recreation & Paries ACCOU'1t Program (TRPA) requirements requiring public hearings. 2. Has the required proportionate &hare of funds available and sufficient for the project as required by Section 13.309 of the Parks ~ ~ildlife Code. 3. ~i II .intain and operate areas acquired or developed with TRPA assistarce at sponsor e~e as required by Section 13.309 of the Parks ¡ ~ildlife Code. 4. ~ill perManently dedicate for public park and recreation use all project area(s) which receive TRPA assistðOCe, as required by Chapter 640.1.2 of TRPA Grants Nðn.Jal Guidel ines. 5. Has the legal authority to apply for TRPA assistance, and the institutional, ~nagerial and financial capability to ensure proper plaming, II1anagement and con-pletion of the project described in this appl ication. 6. Vill give the State of Texas, hereafter referred to as "State", through any authorized representative, access to"and the right to examine all records, bool:s, papers, or docuneflts related to the assistance; and will establish a proper accOU'1ting system in accordance with generally accepted accO<..rIt i ng standards or agency directives. 7. ~ill not dispose of, ~ify the use of, or change the terms of the real property title, or- other interest in the site and facilities without pe~ission and instructions fr~ the Texas Parks & ~ildlife Department hereafter referred to as the "Department". ~ill recor-d the State interest in the title of real property in accordance with Department dir-ectives and will include a covenant in the title of real property acquired in 1ot10le or in part with TRPA assistance fl.rds to assure nordiscri...ination wring the useful life of the project. ~ 8.
