'" FIELD NOTES L( gz, * * * * ****** * \jO~ 147 ::~r.t 435 A parcel of land containing 0.0732 acre (3187 square feet) out of the William Pettus Two L~ague Grant, Caldwell County, Texas, and lying wholly within the San Marcos Airport; this parcel is shown on a plat of a survey dated 10 February 1996 and revised 29 April 1996 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, and is more particularly described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8" diameter iron bar, 18" long, with a 2" diameter aluminum cap marked SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 1996 1 , I CHARLES R. SWART ! SURVEYOR ~~Ä~ and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein. --;,-~'~- .-- The monuments cited as witness monuments are also marked "W.C." and with the offset distant to the point witnesséd. Bearings are based on the center lin~~b~aring of State ~ Highway 21 as shown on the right of way map of the Texas Highway Department dated 27 March 1937, as the center line was found marked on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited as the West Reference Mark (point 50) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited as the East Reference Mark (point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower, and 9.5 fèet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Mark, the East Reference Mark bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the east corner (point 1772) of this parcel, from which an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1777) bears North 67 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet, and from which the West Reference Mark (point 50) bears South 68 degrees 45 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of i 265.83 feet; ! thence, from the point of beginning, South 67 degrees 32 ¡ minutes 35 seconds West along the southeast line of this parcel a l distance of 77.25 feet to the south corner (point 1773) of this parcel, from which an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1778) bears South 67 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet; thence North 22 degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds West along the southwest line of this parcel a distance of 41.25 feet to the west corner (point 1774) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; , thence North 67 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds East along the northwest line of this parcel a distance of 77.25 feet to the north corner (point 1775) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence South 22 degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds East along the northeast line of this parcel a distance of 41.25 feet to the point of beginning. *********** STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS I, CHARLES R.
