Swart, Surveyor, and is more particularly described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8" diameter iron bar, 24" long, with a 2" diameter aluminum cap marked SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 1996 CHARLES R. SWART - -- - SURVEYOR and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein. The monuments cited as witness monuments are short lengths of 3/8 inch 0.0. copper tube set in drilled holes, 2.00 feet north of the south edge of the concrete parking ramp. Bearings are based on the center line bearing of State Highway 2~ as shown on the right of way map of the Texas Highway Department dated 27 March 1937, as the center line was found marked on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited as the West Reference Mark (point 50) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited as the East Reference Mark (point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference ..Mark, the East Reference Mark bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the northwest corner (point 1783) of this parcel, from which a copper tube reference- monument (point 1779) set in the concrete parking ramp bears North 00 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet, and from which the East Reference Mark (point 51) bears North 88 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 514.07 feet; thence, from the point of beginning, South 89 degrees 57 .. minutes 51 seconds East along the north line of this parcel and the south line of the concrete parking ramp a distance of 145.00 feet to the northeast corner (point 1784) of this parcel, from which a copper tube reference monument (point 1787) set in the concrete parking ramp bears North 00 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds West along the east line of this parcel a distance of 100.00 feet to the southeast corner (point 1785) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 51 seconds í-¡est along the south line of this parcel a distance of 145.00 feet to the southwest corner (point 1786) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds East along the west line of this parcel a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of.. beginning. , " *********** STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS I, CHARLES R.
