The insurance coverage set forth in this Agreement shall be written so that <br />- <br /> the Lessor will notified in writing, in the event of cancellation, restrictive <br /> amendment or non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the action. Certificates <br /> of Insurance shall be filed with the Lessor on an annual basis prior to the <br /> expiration of the current insurance policy and are subject to Lessor's prior <br /> approval. <br />c. ALL INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIRED BY THIS AGREEMENT SHALL <br /> " <br /> BE WRITTEN WITH THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. TEXAS, AS CO- <br /> INSURED. The stated limits of insurance required are MINIMUM ONLY, <br /> and it shall be the Lessee's responsibility to determine what limits are <br /> adequate. These minimum limits may be basic policy limits or any <br /> combination of basic limits and umbrella limits. In any event, the Leseee is <br /> fully responsible for all losses arising out of, resulting from or connected with <br /> operations under this Agreement whether or not the losses are covered by <br /> insurance. <br />THIS AGREEMENT EXECUTED IN DUPLICATE ORIGINALS this the 11 thday of <br />June ,1996. <br />
