N 450 53' 54" E 334.58 feet 'to a 4" mesquite fence corner post for the north corner of the Turner 82.06 acre tract¡ an interior corner of the Handler Smith 382.52 acre tract, being in the west line of a 22.66 acre tract described in a deed from Handler Smith to San Harcos Consolidated Independent School District dated July 13, 1993 and recorded in Volume 1009, Page 95 of the Hays County Official Public Records, said 22.66 acre tract having been platted as Intermediate School I Subdivision as recorded in Volume 6, Page 153 of the Hays County Plat Records¡ THENCE with the common northeast line of the Turner 82.06 acre tract and southwest line of the Handler Smith 382.52 acre tract, presently the Intermediate School Subdivision, and San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District 22.66 acre tract, the following four courses: 1. S 45' 03' 00" E 264.14 feet to a fence post for an angle point, 2. S 44 09' 08" E 444.08 feet to a calculated corner for an angle point, 3. S 43: 49' 13" E 676.58 feet to a iron rod found in fence for an angle point, and - 4.
