<br /> 87 <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- lOO R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF <br /> STACEY COATS AND PATRICK DAVIS FROM THE CITY'S RESERVE <br /> POLICE FORCE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 62.056 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances, the Chief <br /> of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas has appointed certain persons as members of <br /> the police reserve force of the City. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the removal by the Chief of Police of Stacey Coats and Patrick <br /> Davis as members of the City's police reserve force is approved. <br /> PART 2.
