FREEMAN DATED AUGUST 13, 1943 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 127, PAGE 421 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES -- AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING at a fence post for the common south corner of the Freeman 625.19 acre tract and the west corner of that 716.234 acre tract described in a ~ deed from Christine Alexander, Substitute Trustee to the Frost National Bank of San Antonio dated February 7, 1989 and recorded in Volume 769, Page 688 of the Hays County Real Property Records, being in the northeast line of Ranch Road No. 12; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT. ....ith the common northeast line of Ranch Road No. 12 and the southwest line of the Freeman 625.19 acre tract, the following three courses: 1. OS' 42" W 20.10 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in fence; THENCE entering the Freeman 625.19 acre tract, N 35° 45' 36" E 117.47 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for the west corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 23799-95-a dated June 28,1995 as prepared for the City of San Marcos by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, N 35. 45' 36" E 100.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for the north corner of the herein described tract; THENCE S 54. 14' 24" E 100.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for the east corner of the herein described tract; THENCE S 35° 45' 36" W 100.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for the south corner of the herein described tract; THENCE N 54" 14' 24" W 100.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, pass on this course the BO.OO feet a 1/2" iron rod set.
