SERVICES TO QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS; <br /> - AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> ,- , <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the attached Contract Change Notice No. <br /> 01 between the City of San Marcos and Texas Department of Health regarding the <br /> provision of W.I.C. services to qualified participants are approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> Contract Change Notice No. 01 on behalf of the City. <br /> . <br /> PART 3.
