Assistance in transactions related to-financing for the Project, such as bonds, <br /> grants or loans, except as described in the water rate study portion of <br /> Attachment A. <br /> 12. Additional or extended services during construction made necessary by (1) <br /> work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, (2) a significant <br /> amount of defective or neglected work by the Contractor, (3) ac,celeration of <br /> the progress schedule involving service beyond normal working hours, (4) <br /> default by any Contractor, and (5) failure of the Contractor to complete the <br /> work within the construction contract time. It is anticipated that the <br /> construction will last 18 months. <br /> 13. Review and analysis of claims for differing subsurface and physical <br /> conditions submitted by the Contractor or others in connection with the work. <br /> 14. Pråv'ision, through a subcontract, of land and property surveys and property <br /> descriptions, including legal property description, as required by the Project. <br /> 15. Provision, through a subcontract, of the services of a title company to <br /> prepare title reports on each parcel of property on which easements or <br /> rights-of-way are required or which is to be purchased. <br /> ~ <br /> 16. Provision, through a subcontract, of the services of a land surveyor to <br /> prepare legal descriptions for the Owner's use in acquiring the required <br /> property rights-of-way and easements. <br /> 17. Provision, through a subcontract, of aerial photography as requested by <br /> Owner. <br /> 18. Provision, through a subcontract, of a cultural resources or archaeological <br /> study and report on the construction site or pipeline route(s). <br /> 19. Provision, through a subcontract, of archaeological consultations regarding <br /> artifacts that my be uncovered during construction. <br /> 20. Provision, through a subcontract, of geotechnical and materials testing <br /> services required during the preliminary, design and constructioD phases. <br /> 21. The need for more than one meeting or review cycle on a specific <br /> deliverable and the independent preparation of detailed studies, <br /> analysis or computation conducted to affirm acceptability of the <br /> deliverables beyond the basic technical review. <br /> 2 <br />
