MAJORS ET UX DATED JULY 251 1964 AND R~CORDED IN VOLUME 2021 PAGE 48 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS,: . ,,' BEGINNING at a 3/4" iron pipe found in the southeast line of 'Martin Luther King Drive (formerly Comal Street) for the. north corner of the Majors tract and west corner of that tract described in a deed from Mead and Eastwood to Loyd Kyle dated February 13/'1932 and recorded in Volume 104, Page 261 of the Hays County Deed Records¡ THENCE leaving Martin Luther King Drive (M.L.K.) and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 24034-96-c dated June 20, 1996 as prepared for Marilyn Nwaokobia by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas with the common northeast line of the Majors tract and southwest line of the Kyle tract, being along the remains of an old fencel S 44 - 00' 45" E 149.95 feet to an iron axle found at fence corner in the northwest line of that tract described in a ; deed from the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District to the City of San Marcos dated April 30, 1973 and recorded in Volume 2581 Page 649 of the Hays County Deed Records for the east corner of the Majors tract and south corner of the Kyle tract; THENCE leaving the Kyle tract with the common southeast line of the Majors tract and northwest line of the City of San Marcos tractl being along the remains of an old fencel S 45" 00' 00" W 147.53 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in a dry creek in the northeast line of that tract described as 5.4 acres in a deed from I.B. Strader et al to Marvin Merriweather dated December 51 1958 and recorded in Volume 176, Page 60 of the Hays County Deed Recordsl for the south corner of the Majors tract and west corner of the City of San Marcos tract¡ THENCE leaving the City of San Marcos tract with the common southwest line of the Majors tract and northeast line of the Merrir,¡eather tract, being along the dry creekl N 41' 25' 02" W l50.22 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in the southeast line of the aforereferenced M.L.K.
