<br /> 57 <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- 127R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND WESCO TO EXTEND THE <br /> TERM OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> DISTRIBUTION OPEN FUSE CUTOUTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> -- AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On October 1, 1994 the City of San Marcos entered into an annual <br /> agreement with WESCO for the purchase of distribution open fuse cutouts. <br /> 2. Both parties agree to an extension of the original agreement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached letter agreement between the City of San Marcos and <br /> WESCO to extend the term of an annual contract for the purchase of distribution open fuse <br /> coutouts for an additional year is approved. . <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
