<br /> (;zL <br /> H. Source Defect Analysis - <br /> 1. All field data collected will be input into a software program for analysis (PIPE@). <br /> PIPE@ (Physical Inventory Point-Source Evaluation) is a data inventory and <br /> defect analysis tool which will be used by ADS to inventory and prioritize each <br /> defect. <br /> 2. All identified structural and maintenance defects, and physical data collected <br /> during the field inspection phase will be inventoried and analyzed. Data from <br /> existing reports, maps, as-built drawings, etc., may also be provided and <br /> incorporated into the database. <br /> 3. The CITY has the option to obtain this program for general operation and <br /> maintenance of the sewer system. <br /> I. Final Rèport <br /> Following the completion of all field activities, two copies of a comprehensive draft <br /> report will be provided to the CITY presenting a summary of all field and office <br /> activities, results of analyses, and recommendations. <br /> A priority ranking of each system defect will be presented along with the recommended <br /> method of rehabilitation and associated cost. Supporting data including T.V. inspection <br /> results will be presented. <br /> The final computer output will be the rehabilitation summary sheets describing, by <br /> priority, the location and description of each category of rehabilitation work, and will be <br /> referenced back to the field documentation/photographs. <br /> Three (3) copies of the draft report will be delivered for review and comments. Written <br /> comments will be incorporated in the Final Report and seven (7) copies delivered. <br /> Four (4) copies of the supporting appendices will also be delivered. The final report <br /> will provide the necessary information to initiate specific repairs to the collection <br /> system. Included with the final report will be the computer output database developed <br /> during the course of the field testing. <br /> Project deliverables will include: <br /> Collection System Inventory <br /> Updated Maps of Collection System <br /> Prioritized Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Plan and Estimated Costs <br /> Project Database <br /> PIPE Software and Training (Optional) <br /> G :\DALLAS\CO NTRA CT\SANMAR C .00 C June 25, 1996 <br />
