<br />65 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1996- - 131 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CllY COUNCIL OF THE CllY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN <br />INTERLOCAL CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CllY AND THE TEXAS <br />DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES FOR COMPUTER <br />HARDWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FROM DIGITAL EQUIPMENT <br />CORPORATION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />,- -- PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />I . <br />l DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CllY COUNCIL OF THE CllY' OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached Interlocal Agreement <br />between the City and the Texas Department of Information Resources for computer <br />hardware maintenance services to be provided by Digital Equipment Corporation for <br />$16,257.60 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2 That the City Manager, Larry D.
